Refund and Returns Policy

Everything we sell is fresh, handmade food, made to order in our London kitchen. Because it is perishable, we cannot accept returns. If something is wrong with your order, we will put it right.

Damaged, missing or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, has an item missing, or is not what you ordered, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and a photo. We will send a replacement or give you a full refund for the affected items — whichever you prefer.

Cancelling an order

You can cancel for a full refund at any time before your order is prepared. Because each order is made fresh, we cannot cancel once cooking has started.

Refunds

Approved refunds are made to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 working days.

Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 48 hours across the UK. Delivery costs £5.99, and is free on orders over £65.
